Last weekend I went to see Hamilton in SLC and it was just what I expected and also had lots of surprises.  I did some arts which were appreciated on Instagram by the actors!

Last night I finished the last 20 minutes of Hairspray Live! on the old DVR. What, doesn't it take you over a year to watch a televised version of one of your favorite musicals?

Thanks, everyone!  I had a lot of work to do there at the end of the year but it was fun to do a variety of styles and subjects, and I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've ever drawn Amy Winehouse or the inside of a 747 cockpit.

Tribute To Lost Potential (D)

The other  night we finally gave BatB '17 a second chance and I still was barely whelmed. Emma Watson just looks so bored the whole time. Well, she alternates between smug and bored. Alas for lost potential.  Anyway, I remembered I started a sketch of Actual Belle in New Belle's wedding dress some time ago so it was a good time to finish it up, add a couple more and throw color at them. You can tell by the sizes here my preference order.

ArtCorgi Couple Commissions (D)

(Wrote this almost a week ago and forgot to publish over the weekend!  Bah.)

I'm a little behind in posting stuff here (you can always find up-to-date posts on Instagram @drewgrahamart and @hinkypunkstation) but then I can post a few at once!  Apparently I'm one of a few go-to ArtCorgi artists clients pick for engagement/anniversary gifts, which is a niche I'm more than happy to fit into.

March 2017, Aaron and Jennifer.  In the photo they sent this looked great as a canvas print!

April 2017, Lee and wife.  It was great to do a different style.

June 2017, Eric and Molly.  Apparently he commissioned a few artists and picked the one he liked best (which wasn't mine but that's okay).

I have a few more, ArtCorgi and otherwise, but these will do for now!

It's Pronounced On-Ed-Ers (D)

Apparently yesterday was #nationalonehitwonder day (since apparently EVERY day is National SOMEthing Day) but anyway, it was a good excuse to take this old sketch idea I had, polish it up and throw some paint on it. Definitely my favorite one-hit Oneders.

I also decided to add Mr. White, marking the second time I've drawn Tom Hanks, in the last month and ever, because Faye always seemed a bit lonely down there.

Anniversary preset from Rachel to Jermiah, two great Survivor friends!

A totally different kind of proposal piece.  Her hair went through two extreme color changes (I left off most of the text because it seemed personal, and also... it's in Spanish). 

Cover art for a single written as the theme to a one-woman show in London (commissioned by a friend of Kimberley from the Great British Baking Show, who saw my drawing of her and contacted me... you just never know).

I have a few more to catch up but I'll leave them for next week.  I love the variety of work I've been commissioned to do lately!

Only after a special request from my cousin's daughter did I realize that I had never drawn these guys before.

Don't try to assign any particular time based on their hair and/or clothing but you can go ahead and recognize who's who, that would be fine.

Cozy Cozy Christmas Choir (D)

I'm in a (couple of) community choir(s) this year and tonight was our first concert!  I did the artwork for the program cover, so here it is.  Cozy cozy.
